‘FULL SERVICE PLANNER’ - WEDDING & RECEPTION (Fees are customized based on venue(s) location & total number of guests)

As you’re Full Service Wedding/Event Planner I will work very closely with you to help you select all the details of your wedding and reception. This service is typically reserved 12 months prior to your event and includes a minimum of 9 face to face meetings; more can be added as needed at no additional cost.

From drafting a detailed budget, referring preferred professional vendors, creating a detailed timeline, and most importantly being the point person between you and your vendors… it is my job to always look out for your best interest.

*"Full Service Planning" includes "Day of Coordination".

During our consultations, the following list of items will be covered in this service…

Prior to your Event Day … * Assist in selecting a Venue of your choice (if needed) * Finalize Design & Décor of your Ceremony & Reception * Preferred vendor referrals (i.e. transportation, rentals, officiate, makeup, hair, etc…) * Create a detailed ‘Itinerary’ of the entire wedding day (includes: vendor arrivals/setup, etc…) * Complete a Final Walkthrough with the Venue (if needed) * Coordinate & Setup Food Tasting; in conjunction with a complete Table Setup time permitted (ie. linens, napkins, flowers, china, menus, glassware, chairs, etc…) * Confirm contracts and timing of events with all vendors the week of your wedding * Provide a shortened timeline for your vendors (i.e. DJ/MC, Caterer, Photo & Video, etc…) * Collect all Personal Items (i.e. Guest Book, Favors, Portrait, Cake Server Set, etc...) * Design a Floor Plan (i.e. table arrangements, cake table, sweetheart table, etc…)
* Assist in creating a Seating Chart (i.e. using our excel template) * Assist in Designing Menus, Table No.’s & Place Cards (client to provide stationary) * Coordinate your Wedding Rehearsal * Unlimited recommendations/suggestions

On your Wedding Day … (up to 10 hours; includes setup, event, & breakdown times) * An assistant will accompany me throughout the day * Provide a Bridal Emergency Kit (i.e. safety pins, bobby pins, shout wipes, band aids, etc..) * Up to (10) hours of coverage (additional time available at an hourly rate) * Ensure that all vendor contracts are met to specifications (i.e. rentals, flowers, linens, etc…) * Setup all Personal Items (i.e. Guest Book, Favors, Portrait, Place Cards, Menu cards, etc...) * Coordinate the Ceremony & Reception and ensure the timing of all events * Serve as a Point Person for Venue, Vendors and Family * Collect all personal items at end of night (i.e. Wedding Gifts, Cake Topper, etc…) * Ensure that all of your rental items are returned (i.e. Cake Stand, Flower containers, etc…)

"DAY OF COORDINATOR" - WEDDING &/OR RECEPTION

As your ‘Day of Coordinator’ I will meet with you (2) two months prior to you’re wedding to finalize the details of your ceremony and/or reception. This service includes (6) six face to face meetings, unlimited email and phone calls.

You will have peace of mind knowing that a professional will be there to assist you on your most important day.

"EVENT CONCEPT AND DESIGN"

As your Event Designer, we work together to come up with a concept based on the evironment and ambiance you'd like to create. We can design and sketch your ceremony and reception space to help you envision what your day will look like. From the floorplan, flower arrangements, draping, etc... no detail is left out.

We basically layout your event space, rentals needed, floral décor and any details necessary to create the look and feel for your special day.

With our expertise and your final selection of vendors, we work together as a team to bring your vision to life.

This service is usually reserved 12 months in advance. Face to face meetings are based on need, unlimited email and phone calls.
